How can I purchase an Eleggant Egg? Can you ship directly to our friend? What if I change my mind and want to cancel my order? What if I receive the egg and I'm not happy with it? What if my egg arrives damaged?
How can I purchase an Eleggant Egg? Just e-mail us or give us a call.
Shipping charges are based on the amount of your order and will be computed by PalPal as you check out. The rates will be as follows;
Can you ship directly to our friend? Absolutely. Just tell us where and to whom you'd like your egg to be sent. We'll even include a gift card. Your egg can be gift wrapped for a small additional charge.
What if I change my mind and want to cancel my order? You can cancel your order at any time until it is shipped. Just call or e-mail us.
What if I receive the egg and I'm not happy with it? While we're sure you'll be delighted with your egg, if within 10 days after receipt you're not 100% satisfied, just e-mail or call us for authorization to return your purchase. We want you to be happy with your purchase. Your full purchase price less the shipping costs will be promptly returned. The egg and any accessories must be returned in good condition and in their original packaging, so please open the box carefully and keep the box for at least 10 days. We cannot accept unauthorized returns.
What if my egg arrives damaged? In the unlikely event that your egg purchase arrives damaged, just call or e-mail us within three days of arrival. If the egg design you purchased is in stock, we will ship a replacement immediately. If the egg is not in stock, it normally takes us about a week to carve you a new one.
Handle a goose egg like you would a glass Christmas ornament. Don't drop it or crush it. If you can, pick it up by any solid portion of the egg. Picking the egg up on its carved portion should be avoided if possible. Dust the egg gently with a small, soft, damp (not wet) cloth.
